this form to submit new events to the NANJ Activities and Events
Database. Although your submissions will be immediately stored
in the database, they will not be viewable on the events list until
the website committee has verified the information, usually in about
one week. |

Event Type, use a generic activity type, such as dance, speaker jam,
convention, bowling, camping, roller skating, fishing trip, learning
